Production engineering
In the Production engineering department, all the documentation about production is managed and classified according to the needs and requirements of the client. Using the specific purchase order from the client, or creating a new one that contains all the required processes and rules for the correct production of the elements.
Production
Pibab, S.A. and its associated companies have in their facilities the suitable machines (3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers, turning centers, NC turning centers, soldering) in order to produce all kinds of parts used in the aerospace industry and with any of the commonly used materials, including: titanium, duralumin, bronze or the different parts produced with composite materials (carbon fiber, glass, Kevlar, etc.).
Assemblies
Pibab’s assembly experience is sufficiently supported by AIRBUS Y EADS (CASA) in the assemblies made for the AIRBUS A310 programs and other Spanish planes like C212, C235, etc.
